ABOUT LISA

Lisa has been singing professionally for over 25 years now and has recorded several albums including her latest, “For Your Glory” which includes three original songs and one written by her friend, Jimmy Fortune. She is currently co-hosting the Shenandoah Jamboree Concert Series along with Ben “Cooter” Jones, of the “Dukes of Hazzard.” She has been a member of Cooter’s Garage Band for 20 years now and sang on the Grand Ole Opry along with the Dukes cast. She has hosted and sang on two locally produced music variety shows, one that aired on RFD-TV and the other on PBS.Lisa has been honored to sing with some of country music’s finest such as Jimmy Fortune, T. Graham Brown, Billy Dean, Barbara Fairchild, LuLu Roman, Linda Davis and many more!

In 2008 Lisa participated in “The World Championships of Performing Arts” in Hollywood, CA, which included 42 countries competing. She was chosen to represent the United States team where she was honored with several gold, silver and bronze medals along with the “Industry Award.” Lisa is grateful for all the blessings and opportunities God has given her in her career.

Music has been a part of Lisa’s life as long as she can remember. She feels music is a way to speak to the heart and encourage others. Her love for her family and especially her Savior, Jesus Christ is central in her life. Her heart is to show Him and see others set free, healed and delivered. She feels encouraging others with her God-given talent is an honor. She says, “Glorifying God and ministering through music is what I love to do!”
